Marine Radar Lab is made by Simplified Maritime (Seaman App). You sign in to it with a Seaman App account. You can delete your Marine Radar Lab data on its own, or your whole account.
Delete your Marine Radar Lab data (in the app)
- Open Marine Radar Lab and sign in.
- Open Menu › About.
- Tap Delete my Radar Lab data and confirm.
This deletes your subscription records, your registered devices and your beta sign-up from our servers, and signs you out. If a subscription is still renewing, cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or the App Store, because deleting our record does not stop the store charging you.
Delete your whole account
Your account is shared with the Seaman App. To delete it completely, with everything linked to it, use the link beside Delete my Radar Lab data in the app, or open seamanapp.com/delete-account.html.
Ask us by email
You can also write to admin@seamanapp.com from the email address of your account, and say what you want deleted. We delete it and confirm by email, normally within 7 days. Feedback, screenshots and support messages are deleted the same way on request.
What we keep
Records we must keep by law, such as payment records held by Google or Apple, stay with them under their policies. We keep nothing else after deletion.
