Before you pay.

Why buy here and not on Google Play?

Google Play refuses a payment method from a country other than your Play account's, which happens to many seafarers abroad. If Google Play works for you, buy there; if it does not, buy here. It is the same OOW Lifetime on the same Gmail.

Which phones does it run on?

Android phones and tablets with Android 7.0 or later. A recent phone gives the best bridge view.

Does it work offline at sea?

Yes. Once you have signed in, each device stays active for up to 6 months without a connection, and renews itself whenever you are online.

How many devices?

Activation on up to 2 personal devices, for example your phone and a tablet. You can see and replace them in the app.

What if this Gmail already has it?

If you type a Gmail that already owns the OOW Lifetime, the form tells you and charges nothing.

What if I use another Gmail on my phone?

The OOW Lifetime is on the Gmail you type here. Sign in with that one, or reply to your receipt email and we move it to the address you use.

Is it approved training?

No. Marine Radar Lab is a practice tool built like the real set, following the Rules and company SMS practice. It is not an approved or certified course, it does not count as sea service, and it does not replace the radar and ARPA training your flag state requires. The waters and ships are schematic or invented: never use it to navigate a real vessel.

How do I pay?

  2. What you buy.

    Marine Radar Lab OOW Lifetime: the features listed on this page as included, for as long as Marine Radar Lab is offered, with every update and fix to them. It does not include the items listed as not included. MASTER is a separate, optional subscription inside the app; it is not sold here.

  3. Price.

    ₱999, paid once; QR Ph, GCash and bank transfers are charged in pesos, at the amount the checkout shows. That is the total you pay: no added fees, no subscription, nothing renews.

  4. Delivery.

    The OOW Lifetime is put on the Gmail you type here as soon as your payment is confirmed. It switches on when you sign in to Marine Radar Lab with that Gmail.

  5. Devices and offline use.

    Activation on up to 2 personal devices, which you can see and replace in the app. Each device stays active up to 6 months without a connection and renews itself when you are online. The licence is personal: do not share or resell it.

  6. Final sale.

  7. Practice tool, not for navigation.

    Marine Radar Lab is a practice tool. It is not approved or certified training, not type-approved equipment, not sea service, and it does not replace the training, assessment and certification your flag state and the STCW Convention require, your company's procedures or your master's orders. Never use it to navigate a real vessel.

  8. Your information.

    We keep the details in this form (name, Gmail, optional mobile, country, rank or role, optional company and school, how you heard of us) and your payment record (amount, payment reference, date), to deliver what you bought, send your receipt, answer you and keep the accounts. Only if you tick the box, we send you news. A one-way scrambled form of your connection address is kept only to stop abuse; an order you never pay is deleted after 7 days. Seen only by Simplified Maritime and its processors (Supabase, PayMongo, PayPal, our email sender). Never sold. Ask to see, correct or delete it at admin@seamanapp.com.
